Dead island riptide is the sequel to the 2011 game Dead Island, and it is an action role-playing survival horror video game.
The plot continues after the events of dead island and sees the survivors arriving on another island, now the survivors have to look for safety and try to get to the nearby island of Palanoi.

Five survivors escape to a new island only to find that it is overrun with Zombies, they had thought that they had escaped the terror they had survived in Banio when they boarded a helicopter to safety on a Military ship.
A tropical storm hits and a monsoon carries the virus along and spreads to all the crew.
There are five playable characters in the game, the four survivors from Dead Island Sam B, Logan Carter, Xian Mei, Purna and a new survivor called John Morgan.
You can play as any of the characters on your own or online with drop in drop out co-op.
Weapons last longer than they did in Dead Island and they are more durable. Look out for new mutated Zombies. And you can import your progress from Dead Island.
